Driven by People.
Focused on Results.
Trusted execution on complex electrical projects.
Who We Are
Founded in 2017, KOS is an electrical and low-voltage contracting firm specializing in complex commercial projects. We’re built on long-term relationships, clear communication, and delivering exactly what we commit to. Our team works collaboratively with owners, contractors, and partners to solve problems early and execute with precision. The KOS difference is how we treat our people, our clients, and every project we take on.
What We Do
At KOS, we offer design assist services that will ensure the price we submitted during the budgeting phase holds throughout the project. Projects today are rarely being turned over to the Owner under budget and within their desired timeframe. We bring value at the pre-construction stage through our ability to manage cost, quantity, and owner expectations through a myriad of techniques and benchmarking data. We assist you in bringing challenging projects to completion, on time, and under budget within extremely aggressive time frames.

Safety is our Culture.
01
Nobody Gets Injured
At KOS, Nobody Gets Injured means exactly that—zero incidents, zero injuries. Every person on our job sites has people counting on them to get home safely. That responsibility matters, and we take it seriously. We plan our work with purpose, identify potential hazards early, and look out for one another every step of the way. Safety isn’t a checklist item—it’s a shared responsibility. We own it, together. Every employee, regardless of title or role, is empowered to stop work if something doesn’t feel right. Speaking up is expected. This level of accountability—paired with leadership commitment and the right tools—creates the foundation for Nobody Gets Injured.
02
Employee Engagement
At All Levels
Engagement isn’t optional—it’s expected at every level. The people doing the work play a critical role in keeping jobsites safe and successful. Without their input and collaboration, safety falls short. Everyone on the project is empowered to speak up when they see risks or have concerns. That shared responsibility creates a culture where safety is part of how we work, not just something we talk about. Leadership reinforces this by providing the right PPE and the right tools—so every job can be done safely, correctly, and with confidence.
03
Active Commitment by Management
Safety works both ways. It starts in the field, but it only succeeds when management is fully committed. Leadership sets the tone by putting safety first—every time. Every meeting begins with safety, from estimating and operations to annual planning. It’s not a formality. It’s a standard. We invest in safety beyond minimum requirements because protecting our people matters. Our employees are our greatest asset, and we take responsibility for making sure they go home safe—every day, no exceptions.
